Reviews and Ratings
The resort has a prime location for boating enthusiasts, with direct access to the lake and new boat docks. The accommodations are reasonably priced but lack some modern updates and amenities. The kitchen space is very limited, and the bathrooms could use improvements. Overall, it's a decent spot if you're prepared for the basic offerings.
The resort has a fantastic location near Branson and various attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. The staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. However, some of the rooms are in need of updates, and the resort fee of $80 during the off season felt excessive. While the facilities are decent, a few issues like broken appliances and cleanliness left something to be desired.
I was really looking forward to my stay, given the beautiful lakeside property, but it was quite a letdown. The rooms were not as advertised, with issues like mold and bugs which were unacceptable. However, the second unit I was moved to was decent enough, and I appreciate that they responded quickly to my concerns. Overall, while the location is great for activities, the condition of the facilities needs serious improvement.
My stay at the resort had its ups and downs. On one hand, the location near the lake was lovely and the area offered a scenic backdrop that was hard to beat. However, the room I stayed in was quite outdated and had maintenance issues that really detracted from the experience. The dining options were okay, but they could definitely improve the variety.
I enjoyed my stay at the Shores of Tri at Kimberling Inn. The location is very convenient for reaching Branson and its attractions while being in a peaceful area. The room I stayed in was clean and provided a lovely view of Table Rock Lake, but there were some maintenance issues that needed attention. Overall, it was a good value for what I paid, just with some room for improvement.
