The resort has a prime location for boating enthusiasts, with direct access to the lake and new boat docks. The accommodations are reasonably priced but lack some modern updates and amenities. The kitchen space is very limited, and the bathrooms could use improvements. Overall, it's a decent spot if you're prepared for the basic offerings.

The resort has a fantastic location near Branson and various attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. The staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. However, some of the rooms are in need of updates, and the resort fee of $80 during the off season felt excessive. While the facilities are decent, a few issues like broken appliances and cleanliness left something to be desired.
